How to Harness to the Power to Manifest
Most people are not aware that there lies an incredible divine force within each and every being. A force that regenerates, rejuvenates and re-creates reality according to how the observer observes. A force that loves each and every soul's expression into being. One that loves unconditionally, all of its creations.
What is this force?This force has been described as the higher aspect of self, the part which is called creator, God, source or divine essence. When a human soul traverses the spiritual journey to awakening, calling upon an inner strength to learn more about self, the discovery of this innate force, divine spark, or power within is inevitable. This is when an incredible surge of energy, love, peace and zest is felt throughout the body, the mind, and the soul where the miraculous begins to occur on a daily basis. Divine inspiriation, joy and conscious manifestation become more readily attainable and understood abilities that come with the territory. When one aligns with their higher aspect of self, amazing things begin to unfold.
The Power Within to Manifest
Some discover this sparkling gem (divine self and the ability to manifest), when times are tough or when a major change occurs in life and questions are asked of the existence of a higher force. Others discover this gift when turning inward, such as practicing meditation, entering quiet contemplation or silent prayer. And yet most do not discover it at all in this life time.
The good news is that the ability to consciously create and attract is generating discussion around the world. Ever since movies such as The Secret and What the Bleep have come out, people are at least entertaining the possibility that there is more to learn about mans innate and mystical abilities. There is more to discover than has been discovered before; concerning the brain, the mind, the soul and spiritual essence.
Follow these steps and remember to be patient while learning, applying and practicing manifestation.
How to Consciously Create
In order to consciously create and manifest, make sure the desire is there to want to know self:
- Ask for assistance from the highest source;
- Calm the mind and contemplate quietness;
- Visualize something desired;
- Begin with something believable (i.e. act of love, a bird, a cup of coffee).
Do not ask how the answers will come. Universe can be surprising: a cup of coffee may be the desire and then that day the word coffee may be heard on a commercial or in discussion. (This is the sign of attracting the real deal.)
- Hold the desire – believe in the higher power
- Let it go - release your desire with the knowing that manifestation will occur
As simple as it sounds, these are the steps to harnessing the power. The trick is to remain in an upbeat, positive frame of mind always expecting the best no matter what the eyes are revealing.
- Trust in higher power; know that the prayer or desire or intent has been answered. Know that all is well.
